With this program, you’ll learn walking techniques that will get you moving faster and tone up your entire body—not just your legs. You’ll practice drills to increase your speed and boost your metabolism so you get a great workout in less time. And you’ll be ready to kick butt at the Historic Bethlehem Turkey Trot on Nov. 25th!
