Sugar Cravings Test Panel

I’m working with Prevention magazine on a new a science-based diet and exercise program that will help you kick the sugar habit—and still enjoy the sweets you love! The result: more energy, better health, easier weight loss! Now we need men and women to road test the plan that will be part of an upcoming book. If you want to drop pounds, get healthy, and feel energized, I’d like to hear from you!

If you meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • Age 35 to 65
  • Have 15 to 50 pounds to lose
  • Currently healthy–no existing chronic or acute medical conditions with the exception of diabetes
  • Willing/able to stick to a strict, but satisfying and delicious diet plan and moderate exercise program for 30 days
  • Willing/able to track your workouts and diet for 30 days
  • Willing/able to be interviewed and have your photo in a national magazine and/or a book
  • Willing/able to come to Emmaus, PA, for testing and orientation
  • Pre-testing blood work, weight, measurements, photos, orientation (about 2 hours) 7/24 or 7/25 between 6:30-11 a.m.
  • Mid weigh-in (about ½ hour) 8/7 between 6:30-11:30 a.m.
  • Post-testing (about 1 hour) 8/26 or 8/27 between 6:30-9 a.m.

You need to be available for at least one of the times for each part of the program.
