1) The comprehensive plan includes in-person group training walks along with an 8-week 5K training plan and lots of support.
2) The basic plan provides an 8-week 5K training plan and lots of support for those who can’t make or don’t want to do group training walks.
3) The group training classes are for those who simply want to get more out of their walks whether or not they are doing a 5K.

Yes, you can walk a half marathon!

The Delaware & Lehigh Heritage Half Marathon–in its seventh year–is a 5-star, walker-friendly event! With 4.5 hours to complete the 13.1 mile course, it is a great half marathon for beginners and first timers. For avid walkers and experienced half marathoners, there are age-group awards to vie for winning. The half is on November 5th, but don’t wait to register! Last year’s event filled early!
