Start half marathon training on July 1st

Yes, you can walk a half marathon! This beginners’ plan starts with just 10 minutes a day!

The plan will have you ready for the Nov 3rd Delaware & Lehigh Heritage Half Marathon–one of the MOST walker-friendly events in the country! (But you can use it for any half marathon that you’d like to do.) For five years now, the D&L Half has been encouraging and welcoming walkers–of all levels–to race along with runners to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line of a half marathon!
